Who is Wissam?

I have a background in psychology and a strong interest in using digital games as meaningful learning environments for children. As a game educator, I combine my psychological background with hands-on game-based learning to create engaging, supportive and purposeful sessions.

I work with children using creative digital platforms such as Minecraft and Roblox Studio, where they can explore, build, design, solve problems and develop their own ideas. Rather than focusing only on the game itself, I use gameplay and creation as opportunities to encourage creativity, problem-solving, persistence, communication and independent thinking.

I am particularly interested in supporting neurodivergent children. I aim to create sessions that are patient, flexible and responsive to each child's individual interests, strengths and learning style. I believe children learn best when they feel comfortable, understood and genuinely interested in what they are doing.

My approach is child-centred and strengths-based. I adapt activities to the child's level and interests while encouraging them to experiment, make decisions, troubleshoot and gradually become more confident and independent.

My goal is for every session to be both enjoyable and meaningful: a space where children can have fun with technology while developing skills that can extend beyond the game.
